A question we are asked often is what type of shroud do I need? While there are some technical differences that we will go into, it’s often the case that either can work but one will be more suited. So now, down to the details.
Type A shrouds

Our Type A shrouds are designed to cover the entire wheel, and using a conversion nut or our specialised wheel lugs simply bolt in place through small 8mm holes that match your wheel PCD. The advantage of this design is that the shroud itself is extremely cheap to produce, but require special fasteners that attach to your extended wheel studs, or use our own wheel nuts. These same wheel nuts can also be used for our turbofans should you want to use these at any other point.
Type B shrouds

Our Type B shrouds use a dedicated ring that sits behind your wheel spokes and simple zip ties to sandwich your wheel and shroud together. The advantage of this design is that your wheel centre is left exposed allowing access to the wheel nuts so you do not have to remove the shrouds to remove your wheel.
